Outdoor Activities
Get outside and enjoy the historical sights and county air in Fauquier County. There’s lots of options for those who wish to stretch their legs between winery visits. Take a walk or pedal the routes around the town of Remington or tour alongside the Rappahannock River for historical sights, bird watching, or fishing.
Visiting Fauquier County during the fall season has its benefits! Many of our local farms have tours, apple and pumpkin picking, and much more! There’s something fun for everyone in the family.
And while you’re here, don’t forget to stop by one of the many farm markets for delicious, fresh, locally grown produce to take home!
Download the brochures from the sidebar for more information on bicycle and walking routes, river stops, and local farms and markets.
